# What are the admin roles offered by SysCloud and what is the difference between the roles?

SysCloud offers two distinct admin roles to help organizations manage their SaaS backup operations with the appropriate level of control: 

- **Super Administrator**: Has full access to all settings, modules, and features within the SysCloud Backup Application. 

- **Backup Administrator**: Has access limited to backup management and related modules, without billing or deletion privileges. 

These roles allow organizations to enforce role-based access control and ensure that only authorized users have access to sensitive actions like billing, audit management, and permanent deletions. 

Below is a summary of the permissions available for both administrators:

Summary of Differences 

- Super Administrator can do everything, including managing other admin roles and self-service options. 

- Backup Administrator can perform most tasks related to backup jobs, restoration, and exports but cannot manage other admin roles or self-service options.
