SysCloud offers two distinct admin roles to help organizations manage their SaaS backup operations with the appropriate level of control:
- Super Administrator: Has full access to all settings, modules, and features within the SysCloud Backup Application.
- Backup Administrator: Has access limited to backup management and related modules, without billing or deletion privileges.
These roles allow organizations to enforce role-based access control and ensure that only authorized users have access to sensitive actions like billing, audit management, and permanent deletions.
