What should you do when SysCloud identifies a phishing email in your backup archives?
Follow the below steps:
Step 1: Select ‘Backup Data Insights’ under the ‘Backup’ drop-down menu on your dashboard. Select ‘Phishing.’
Step 2: You will be able to view a list of potential phishing emails identified by SysCloud. To take appropriate action, click the checkbox next to the alert and ‘ACTIONS.’ Select ‘Delete from Email Account’ to delete it from the user’s Gmail account. Select ‘Delete from Backup Archives’ to delete from SysCloud backup archives.
