How to view backed-up Salesforce data in SysCloud Application
This article explains how to view backed-up Salesforce data in the SysCloud backup application.
SysCloud stores Salesforce data based on backup snapshots. A snapshot represents the state of the backed-up Salesforce data at a specific point in time. Before viewing objects or records, make sure you select the correct snapshot date so that you are viewing the required version of the data.
Steps to view archived Salesforce data
Step 1: Log in to your SysCloud account.
Step 2: Navigate to Archives from the main dashboard.
Step 3: Select the relevant Salesforce account that you want to view.
Step 4: Select the relevant Salesforce object that you want to view.
Step 5: Verify the Snapshot Date to make sure you are viewing the Salesforce data from the required backup point.
SysCloud displays backed-up Salesforce data based on the selected snapshot date. A snapshot represents the state of the backed-up Salesforce data at a specific point in time. If you are looking for a record from a specific date or before a data change occurred in Salesforce, select the appropriate snapshot date before viewing the objects or records.

Step 6: Select the relevant Salesforce record that you want to view.
Step 7: The record details page displays the archived information available for the selected Salesforce record based on the selected snapshot.
