What data categories and search scopes does eDiscovery support?
SysCloud's eDiscovery add-on allows you to search both metadata and content across four key data categories:

Emails
- Metadata and content search available for Gmail and Outlook.

Files
- Metadata and content search available for Google Drive, Shared Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint sites, Teams sites, and QuickBooks Online files.

Chats
- Metadata and content search available for Microsoft Teams channels, and Microsoft Teams private chat.

Records (Objects)
- Metadata-only search is available for QuickBooks Online , Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Microsoft Calendar, and People. Content search is not available for records, as they do not contain searchable content.
Important Note: When content search is enabled, searches will exclude records because these data types only support metadata searches.
