The comment will be shown in the export report.  ![](https://help.syscloud.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jul-10-2026-06-51-35-5702-AM.png?width=930&height=423&name=undefined-Jul-10-2026-06-51-35-5702-AM.png)  **Step 13:** Click Export.  ![](https://help.syscloud.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jul-10-2026-06-51-45-4895-AM.png?width=933&height=423&name=undefined-Jul-10-2026-06-51-45-4895-AM.png)  The export process will be initiated for the selected file. **Step 14: View export status:** Go to Reports \> Export report to check the export status and download the exported data when it is ready. The download link is available for 7 days.
