How can an existing customer get the multi-app discount?

If you are an existing customer (customer whose subscription started before May 26th), the multi-app discount is applied only to the total amount due for the current billing cycle when:

  • You purchase additional licenses, or
  • You add backup for a new cloud application.

In this case, the total amount due refers to the cost incurred for the additional purchase (either additional licenses or a new app subscription).

At the time of renewal, the multi-app discount will be automatically applied to the entire renewal amount, ensuring full benefit across all active app subscriptions.
