How do I perform an on-demand sync for Users, Groups, or Organizational Units (OUs) in my domain?

Follow the steps below to perform on-demand a sync for users, groups, or OUs in your domain using the SysCloud application: 

  1. Enter your admin credentials and Login with SysCloud application. 
  2. Click on the Settings icon located at the top right corner of the dashboard.

  3. From the drop-down menu, select Cloud Connection Center. 
  4. Choose the cloud application for which you want to perform the on-demand sync. 
  5. Click the pencil icon next to the selected cloud account to edit. 

  6. Select the account and click the Sync drop-down menu. 
    From there, choose to perform a sync at the user, group, or OU level. 

  7. The selected sync will start immediately.
