How do I reconnect Xero account to the SysCloud backup application?
You can reconnect an existing Xero organization from the Cloud connection center in SysCloud.
To connect or reconnect a Xero organization
Step 1: Log in to SysCloud using your admin credentials.
Step 2: Click the Settings icon from the top-right corner and select Cloud connection center.

Step 3: In the Cloud connection center page, locate Xero and click the edit icon under the Action column.

Step 4: In the Xero - Connect side tray, click on Connect under Action column.

Step 5: In the Xero login page, enter your Xero account credentials and click Log in. After signing in, review the Xero organizations available for connection and authorize.

Step 6: Once the connection is completed, the organization will be listed in SysCloud with the connection status as Connected.
- You must sign in with a Xero account that has access to the organization you want to reconnect.
- By connecting Xero to SysCloud, you grant SysCloud the required permissions to access supported Xero data for backup.
- If the organization is already connected, it will appear with the connection status as Connected and the available action will show as Disconnect.
- The relationships between attachments and objects are captured during the base backup. However, for files in the Xero Files Library, additional associations of the same attachment are not captured as part of incremental backup. These associations will not appear in Archives or Exports.
