How do I start backup for an individual user?
SysCloud allows administrators to selectively back up data for individual users within a domain. This is useful when you want to initiate backups for specific users instead of the entire Organizational Unit (OU) or domain.
Follow the steps below to start the backup for an individual user:
- Enter your admin credentials and Login with SysCloud application.
- Start configuring the cloud account you want to back up.
- In the configuration flow, go to Step 4: Select Apps to Configure.
- Select the domain you want to back up.
- Click the option to configure Users.
- Select the Users option, and you will see a list of all users in the domain. Locate the individual user(s) you want to include in the backup and confirm the selection to start the backup.
