How do I view the backup archive for my Shared Drive application (Legacy UI)?

In the Legacy UI, Shared Drive is not available as a separate app on the Archives page. Shared Drive data is available in the user's Google Drive archive.

Follow these steps to view Shared Drive archives in the Legacy UI.

Steps

Step 1: Log in to the SysCloud backup application using your admin credentials.

Step 2: Go to Archives.

Step 3: From the cloud navigation bar on the left, select Google Workspace.

Step 4: Select Google Drive.

Step 5: From the user archive list, select the user whose Shared Drive archive you want to view.

Step 6: In the Google Drive archive view, use the left-side folder navigation panel.

Step 7: Expand Shared Drive.

Step 8: Browse the folders and files available inside the selected Shared Drive archive.

Step 9: Select the required Snapshot Date to view Shared Drive data from a specific backup point.

• The Snapshot Date on the top right shows that archive view currently appearing on the screen is of which date. To view files and folders from a specific backup point in time or for a range of dates, Click on the above snapshot date.
   
• To compare the archive view for a range of dates, From & To can be selected. For a specific point in time, both From & To dates should be same. Click on Apply.
    

Step 10: User advanced search and filter options to narrow down the archive view.

• Search: Type the name of the file or folder and press Enter key.
   
• Advanced filter: Use advanced filter options like File owner, last modified by, File name, file created date, and other add-ons specific filters.
   

The selected Shared Drive archive data will be displayed in the main archive view.
