How does the multi-app discount work in SysCloud?

SysCloud offers a multi-app discount to help you save more when you back up multiple applications using our platform.

What is the multi-app discount?

If you choose to back up more than one application (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Slack, Salesforce, etc.) with SysCloud, you are eligible for an automatic discount on your overall billing.

This discount is applied based on the total number of different applications you subscribed for.

Discount structure

Here’s how the discount works:

Number of Applications	Discount on Overall Billing
2 apps	10%
3 apps	20%
4 or more apps	30%

For example:

If you choose to back up Google and Slack, you’ll get a 10% discount on your overall bill.
If you add Microsoft to the above, you’ll receive a 20% discount.
If you back up four or more apps, the maximum discount of 30% is applied.

How multi-app discount is applicable for existing customers

If you are an existing customer (customer whose subscription started before May 26th), the multi-app discount is applied only to the total amount due for the current billing cycle when:

You purchase additional licenses, or
You add backup for a new cloud application.

In this case, the total amount due refers to the cost incurred for the additional purchase (either additional licenses or a new app subscription).

At the time of renewal, the multi-app discount will be automatically applied to the entire renewal amount, ensuring full benefit across all active app subscriptions.

Where can I see the discount applied?

When you select multiple apps on the pricing page, you will see a “Multi-app discount” badge (like the one below) with the applicable discount displayed.
