How to archive data on-demand?

Select the item that needs to be archived, with the option to perform a bulk selection for on-demand archiving.
Set a retention period for the selected items, either unlimited or custom. Uncheck retention period to set custom retention.
After archiving, review the Archiver Report to check the status of the report.
