How to Change the Backup Storage Limit of a User?
If a user reaches their allocated backup storage limit in SysCloud, backups will be paused until additional storage is purchased
When Do You See This?
You’ll see an error message:
“SysCloud User Storage Limit Reached”
This indicates that the user's backup has stopped because the assigned storage quota has been fully utilized.
How to Purchase More Storage
To resolve this issue:
- Go to the error notification or logs showing "SysCloud User Storage Limit Reached".
- Click on the purchase storage link provided in the message.
- Follow the on-screen steps to complete the additional storage purchase.
Once additional storage is purchased, backups will resume automatically for the affected users.
