Configure a Data change insights action flow for QuickBooks Online?

Use a Data change insights action flow to export QuickBooks Online items that are flagged based on detected backup data changes.

Step 1: In the Define action flows step, select Data change insights and click Configure.

Step 2: In the Action flow - Data change insights window, enter a name for the action flow.

Step 3: Under Criteria, select the criteria type from the first dropdown.

The available criteria types can include:

Criteria type Description
File Applies the action flow to file-based detections shown under the selected add-on.
Email Applies the action flow to email-based detections, if available for the selected app and add-on.
Objects Applies the action flow to supported object-based detections.

Step 4: Select the Data change insights flag type.

The available flag types can include:

Flag type Description
Deleted Runs the action flow when a QuickBooks Online item is flagged as deleted.
Changed Runs the action flow when a QuickBooks Online item is flagged as changed.
Newly added Runs the action flow when a QuickBooks Online item is flagged as newly added.
RecordAnomaly Runs the action flow when a QuickBooks Online item is flagged as an anomalous record.

Step 5: Select the risk level for the selected flag type.

Step 6: Under Actions, select Export items.

Step 7: Click Confirm to save the Data change insights action flow.

 

 

For QuickBooks Online Data change insights, the available action is Export items. The action flow exports items that match the selected criteria, flag type, and risk level.
