How to Disconnect Your Cloud Account from the SysCloud Application?
If you no longer wish to back up or manage data from a particular cloud account in SysCloud, you can disconnect the account at any time using the steps below.
Disconnecting your account will immediately stop all associated backup and restore jobs. You will no longer be able to access archived data for the disconnected account.
Steps to Disconnect a Cloud Account from SysCloud:
- Log in to your SysCloud admin console.
- Click on the Settings icon in the left-hand menu.
- Select Cloud Connection Center from the dropdown.
- Locate the cloud account you want to disconnect (e.g., Google Workspace).
- Click the pencil icon (✏️) next to the account.
- In the action's menu, click Disconnect.
- Confirm the disconnection when prompted.
Once disconnected, the cloud account will be removed from the SysCloud backup environment, and no further data will be backed up or restored from that account.
