How to dismiss QuickBooks Online anomaly data?

You can dismiss QuickBooks Online anomaly data from the Archives page.

Steps to dismiss anomaly data are as given below:

  1. Log in to the SysCloud application.
  2. Go to Archives. From the left-side app menu, select QuickBooks Online.
     
  3. On the Backup and Restore page, locate the QuickBooks Online company.
    • Check the Discovery tags column.
    • Click the Anomaly tag for the required company to view all objects where anomaly was detected.
       
  4. Go through the QuickBooks Online data categories like Transactions, Lists and Attachables to find the tagged anomalies.
  5. In the selected category, open the object type that contains anomaly results.
     
  6. Click on any of the ‘Changed anomaly’ tag under discovery tag column.
     
  7. In the side tray window that opens, review the selected anomaly items and click Dismiss.
     
  8. Give an optional comment and Click Dismiss. You can also mark the flagged files as false positive in the same window. This action will make the future anomaly flags even more accurate.
     
  9. You will be able to see dismissed anomaly items from the Dismiss Report under Report tab.
