To enable image backup for a single Google Workspace user, configure a backup job that includes only that user and enable the Image file type for Google Drive backup.

For Legacy Customers:

Follow the below steps to turn ON image backup for a single user in the SysCloud application:

1. Log in to the SysCloud application with your credentials.
2. Click on “Settings” → “Backup configuration”
     
3. In the backup configuration page, go to the “Users” tab and select the domain on the top right. Then search for the particular user, click on the ( ⠇) icon.

4. In the “User Settings” page, under “Drive” settings, you will find “Switch ON to include Images”.
    
5. Scroll down, and click on “Save Settings.”
