How to export an entire user account?

Applicable for Turbo UI

To export entire account, initiate export for related users one by one.

Step 1: Log in to SysCloud using your admin credentials.  

Step 2: Click on “Archives” and select “Microsoft 365” from the Side Navigation Panel and navigate to the user archives tab.

Step 3: In the user archives tab, select the checkbox next to the user to export the entire user, go to more and click "Export".

Step 4: In the export pop-up screen, verify the data and time of snapshot (click here to learn how to select snapshots), click "Export & proceed" to initiate the process for each app in the account (you can press Skip to ignore the export of a specific app).

Microsoft Teams Chat Export

You can view the export status and access the download link from Reports > Export report. The export download link remains active for 7 days. After the link expires, you must initiate the export again to generate a new download link.

App-specific export

Calendar: Calendar data is exported as a ZIP file containing an iCalendar file.

OneDrive file export: OneDrive files are downloaded as a ZIP package and retained in their original/native format.

Outlook Mail: Outlook mailbox data is exported as a ZIP file containing the supported Outlook export format.

Microsoft 365 People export: Microsoft 365 People data is downloaded as a ZIP package. Contact and contact group data are exported as CSV files.

Teams Chat export: Teams Chat data is downloaded as a ZIP package. Chat messages and related metadata are exported as CSV files. Files included in the export are retained in their original/native format
