How to export anomaly data for QuickBooks Online?
You can export QuickBooks Online anomaly data from the Archives page. The exported file can be used for offline review, audit, or compliance analysis.
Steps to export anomaly data
- Log in to the SysCloud application.
- Go to Archives. From the left-side app menu, select QuickBooks Online.
- On the Backup and Restore page, locate the QuickBooks Online company.
- Check the Discovery tags column.
- Click the Anomaly tag for the required company to view all objects where anomaly was detected.

- Go through the QuickBooks Online data categories like Transactions, Lists and Attachables to find the tagged anomalies. In the selected category, open the object type that contains anomaly results.

- Click on any of the ‘Changed anomaly’ tag under discovery tag column.

- In the side tray window that opens, review the selected anomaly items and relationships and click Export.
Note: You will be able to dismiss these reports as well as mark the flagged files as true positive in the same window. These actions will make the anomaly flags even more accurate. - Give an optional comment and Click Export.
- You can view the export status and access the download link from Reports > Export report.
- QuickBooks Online anomaly data is exported as a CSV file.
- The export includes the selected anomaly items and relationships
