How to export QuickBooks Online list item?

You can export backed-up QuickBooks Online lists data from the QuickBooks Online archive in SysCloud.

To export QuickBooks Online lists

Step 1: Log in to SysCloud using your admin credentials.

Step 2: Click Archives from the top navigation menu. Select QuickBooks Online from the left-side cloud navigation. In the Archives page, click the QuickBooks Online company from which you want to export lists data.

Step 3: In the company archive page, select the Lists tab. Select the checkbox next to the list you want to export.

Step 4: Click Export.

Step 5: In the Export - QuickBooks Online window, review the selected lists and the snapshot date.

Step 6: Add an optional comment in the comment field. This comment will be shown in the Export report. Click Export.

To check the Export Status and access the download link you can proceed to Export report under Report Tab.

  • The export download link will be active for 7 days. After the link expires, you must initiate the export again to generate a new download link.
  • QuickBooks Online data is downloaded as a compressed ZIP File. List records are exported as CSV files. Attachables, if included, are exported in their original/native file format.
