How to export QuickBooks Online eDiscovery results?

You can export completed QuickBooks Online eDiscovery search results from the Reports page. The exported report can be used for offline review, audit, or compliance purposes.

Prerequisite

Make sure the QuickBooks Online eDiscovery search is completed before exporting the results. Only completed search results can be exported.

Steps to export QuickBooks Online eDiscovery results

  1. Log in to the SysCloud application.
  2. Go to Reports and from the Reports dropdown, select Search report.
      
  3. Filter the search reports to locate the required QuickBooks Online eDiscovery result.
    • Click the filter icon.
    • In the filter panel, select QuickBooks Online under Apps.
    • Select the required Search type, such as One-time or Scheduled.
    • Enter the Search name or Search description, if required.
    • Select the required Status, such as Completed.
    • Select the required Cloud, if applicable.
    • Click Done.
         
  4. From the search report table, select the checkbox next to the QuickBooks Online eDiscovery search result that you want to export. Click Export.
      
  5. In the Export window, review the export details.
    • Confirm that the selected search result is correct.
    • Review the number of selected items.
    • Add a comment, if required. This comment will be shown in the export report.
    • Click Export.

                        

                                  You can view the export status and access the download link from Reports > Export report.

                                  • QuickBooks Online eDiscovery results are exported as CSV files.
                                  • Attachments and files, if included in the search results, are exported in their original format.
                                  • The Export option is available only for one eDiscovery search result selection at a time.
                                  • Use the filter option to quickly locate QuickBooks Online search reports when multiple eDiscovery reports are available.
