How to export Slack eDiscovery search results?

You can export Slack eDiscovery search results from the Search report in SysCloud. The exported report contains the search result details in CSV format. Attachments and files are exported in their original format.

To export Slack eDiscovery search results

Step 1: Log in to SysCloud using your admin credentials.

Step 2: Click Reports from the top navigation menu. From the report dropdown, select Search report. In the Search report page, locate the completed Slack eDiscovery search that you want to export.

You can identify the Slack search using the Search name, Search description, Apps, Search results, and Status columns. You can also give the same as filter inputs.

Step 3: Select the checkbox next to the Slack eDiscovery search. Click Export.

Step 4: In the Export window, review the selected search details and add an optional comment if needed.

Step 5: Click Export.

To check the Export Status and access the download link you can proceed to Export report under Reports Tab.

The export download link will be active for 7 days. After the link expires, you must initiate the export again to generate a new download link. 
All search result items are exported as CSV, except attachments and files, which are exported in their original format.
