You can export Slack eDiscovery search results from the **Search report** in SysCloud. The exported report contains the search result details in CSV format. Attachments and files are exported in their original format. **To export Slack eDiscovery search results** **Step 1:** Log in to SysCloud using your admin credentials. **Step 2:** Click **Reports** from the top navigation menu. From the report dropdown, select **Search report**. In the **Search report** page, locate the completed Slack eDiscovery search that you want to export. ![](https://help.syscloud.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Jun-29-2026-11-58-10-9111-AM.png?width=670&height=332&name=undefined-Jun-29-2026-11-58-10-9111-AM.png) You can identify the Slack search using the **Search name**, **Search description**, **Apps**, **Search results**, and **Status** columns. You can also give the same as **filter** inputs. **Step 3:** Select the checkbox next to the Slack eDiscovery search. To check the Export Status and access the download link you can proceed to Export report under Reports Tab. - The export download link will be active for **7 days**. After the link expires, you must initiate the export again to generate a new download link. - All search result items are exported as **CSV**, except attachments and files, which are exported in their original format. -
