SysCloud requires an **entity ID** to uniquely identify and connect your SaaS application during cloud setup. An entity ID is a unique identifier assigned by the SaaS provider to represent your account, organization, workspace, or company. SysCloud uses this ID to ensure the correct SaaS tenant is connected. Note: Entity ID is required for all SaaS applications **except** Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Xero. #### **Identify the entity ID for supported SaaS applications** Use the relevant help article below to locate the entity ID for your SaaS application. 1.
