How to view my backed-up data for HubSpot in SysCloud application?
This article explains how to view backed-up data for HubSpot in the SysCloud backup application.
SysCloud stores HubSpot data based on backup snapshots. A snapshot represents the state of the backed-up HubSpot data at a specific point in time. Before viewing records or properties, make sure you select the correct snapshot date so that you are viewing the required version of the data.
Steps to view archived HubSpot data
Step 1: Log in to SysCloud using your admin credentials.
Step 2: Go to the HubSpot backup archives.

Step 3: Select the relevant HubSpot account that you want to view
Step 4: The Backup status column shows whether the latest backup is completed, paused, or in another state. The Next backup column shows the next scheduled backup date for the account. If the backup is paused, the next backup date may not be available.

Step 5: After selecting the account, you can view the list of HubSpot objects backed up by SysCloud.
Step 6: Select the required object to view the backed-up records. For example, you can select objects such as Contacts, Emails, Files, Forms, or other available HubSpot objects.

Step 7: Verify the Snapshot Date to make sure you are viewing the HubSpot data from the required backup point.
The records, properties, and object data displayed in the archive are based on the selected snapshot. If you are looking for a record from a specific date or before a data change occurred in HubSpot, select the appropriate snapshot before proceeding.

Step 8: Select the Records tab to view the backed-up records for the selected HubSpot object. For example, if you select Contacts, the Records tab displays the backed-up contact records. You can use the search bar or filter option to quickly find the required record. You can also select the backup snapshot date from the date picker. 
Step 9: Select the Properties tab to view the backed-up properties available for the selected HubSpot object. For example, if you select Contacts, the Properties tab displays contact properties such as property name, group, and created by details. You can use the search bar to find a specific property. 
Step 10: From the Records tab, select the record that you want to view.

The record details page displays the backed-up information for the selected HubSpot record based on the selected snapshot.
You can view the following details:
- Basic details: Displays the key backed-up properties of the selected record, such as name, email, created date, lifecycle stage, and last modified date.
- View all properties: Click View all properties to view all the backed-up properties available for the selected record.
- Associated records: Displays the records associated with the selected item. For example, if a contact is associated with tickets, the associated tickets are displayed under this section.
- Engagement details: Depending on the selected record, you can view related engagement data such as Tasks, Notes, Emails, Calls, and Meetings.
