How would an end-user (non-admin) access their backup archives? Is there a way to set this up?
Yes, end-users (non-admins) can access their own backup archives in SysCloud by enabling the Self-Service option. Follow the steps below to configure this setting.
- Enter your super admin credentials and Login with the SysCloud application.
- Click the Settings icon on the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- From the drop-down menu, select Access Management.
- In the left-hand panel, click on Self Service.
- Select the cloud service for which you want to enable end-user access
- Choose the access level for end users:
- Domain level to apply settings to all users in the domain.
- Org Unit level to apply settings to users in a specific organizational unit.
- User level to apply settings to individual users.
- Enable or disable specific permissions:
- To allow users to log in, view archives, and restore their data, ensure the View archives & restore option is checked.
- To restrict access, uncheck this option.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
