How would an end-user (non-admin) access their backup archives? Is there a way to set this up?

Yes, end-users (non-admins) can access their own backup archives in SysCloud by enabling the Self-Service option. Follow the steps below to configure this setting. 

1. Enter your super admin credentials and Login with the SysCloud application. 
2. Click the Settings icon on the top-right corner of the dashboard. 
3. From the drop-down menu, select Access Management.
   
   
4. In the left-hand panel, click on Self Service. 
   
   
5. Select the cloud service for which you want to enable end-user access
6. Choose the access level for end users: 
   
   1. Domain level to apply settings to all users in the domain. 
   1. Org Unit level to apply settings to users in a specific organizational unit. 
   1. User level to apply settings to individual users. 
   
   
   
7. Enable or disable specific permissions: 
   
   1. To allow users to log in, view archives, and restore their data, ensure the View archives & restore option is checked. 
   1. To restrict access, uncheck this option. 
8. Click Save to apply your changes.
