Is there a minimum license requirement to purchase a SysCloud subscription?

Yes. New paid SysCloud subscriptions require a minimum purchase of 100 licenses.

What each license covers depends on the app:

  • Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Salesforce, and Box: 1 user
  • QuickBooks Online and Xero: 1 company
  • HubSpot: 10 GB of storage

        This minimum applies only to new paid subscriptions. Free trials and existing customers are excluded.

        The 100-license minimum applies to your overall subscription, whether you purchase licenses for a single cloud or across multiple clouds. It is not a per-cloud requirement.
