How to perfom a manual on-demand backup for Microsoft 365?

Use the Backup now option to manually trigger an on-demand backup for a selected Microsoft 365 user.

Steps

Step 1: Log in to the SysCloud backup application using your admin credentials.

Step 2: Go to Archives.

Step 3: From the cloud navigation bar on the left, select Microsoft 365.

Step 4: In the User archives tab, select the checkbox next to the user for whom you want to run an on-demand backup.

Step 5: Click Backup now.

Step 6: In the confirmation pop-up, click Backup now again to confirm.

The backup will start immediately for the selected Microsoft 365 user.
