Can I delete an entire domain’s data from the SysCloud backup application?
Yes. Send an email to helpdesk@syscloud.com mentioning your domain name. We will delete it and send a confirmation email.
Note:
- Deleting an entire domain and its data can be done only on a request basis, i.e., you cannot delete a domain completely by yourself. This feature was designed to prevent accidental deletions.
- Removing a domain from the backup application will also delete the backup archives of the users in the deleted domain.
