How to locate entity ID for SaaS applications?

SysCloud requires an entity ID to uniquely identify and connect your SaaS application during cloud setup.

An entity ID is a unique identifier assigned by the SaaS provider to represent your account, organization, workspace, or company. SysCloud uses this ID to ensure the correct SaaS tenant is connected.

Note: Entity ID is required for all SaaS applications except Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Xero.

Identify the entity ID for supported SaaS applications

Use the relevant help article below to locate the entity ID for your SaaS application.

  1. Box: Use the Account ID available in the account settings.
  2. Slack: Use the Workspace ID (not the workspace URL).
  3. HubSpot: Use the Account ID of the HubSpot account you want to connect.
  4. QuickBooks Online: Use the Company ID associated with your QuickBooks Online account.
  5. Salesforce: Use the Organization ID (Org ID) of your Salesforce account.
