Where can I find my policy violations?

Follow these steps to check your policy violations:

    1. Log in to the SysCloud Security and Backup Application.
    2. Based on the type of policy that you violated, click on any of the following options:
    1. “DLP”→“Policy Violations”
    2. “Apps Firewall”→“Policy Violations”
    3. “User Behavior”→“Policy Violations”
    4. “Compliance”→“Policy Violations.”
    5. “Web Filter”→“Flagged Activities.”

  2. Select the service: Drive, Mail, Apps firewall, Sites, Web Filter, or User Behavior.

  3. Click the name/subject to know more details about the violation.

    Note: You can click on the “Preview” icon to check the document/email in which the violation had occurred.
