How do I restore emails sent to a group?

Step 1: Log in to SysCloud using your admin credentials.  

Step 2: Click “Archives” and select Google Workspace or Microsoft 356 from the Backup and Restore dropdown. Select a user from the list to view your archives and click 'Gmail'.

Step 3: In the archives click on the filter icon on the top of the table next to the search bar. 

Step 4: In the “To” field, enter the group email id and click “Search.”
