How do I check documents shared with people outside my domain?

Follow these steps to check the documents shared with users belonging to external domains:

  1. Log in to the SysCloud security application.
  2. Click “Safety, Security & Compliance”→“Reports”

    Account reports
  3. Select:
    1. External collaborators: to check documents shared by your domain users with external collaborators

      External collaborators-1
    2. Internal collaborators: to check documents shared by external collaborators with your domain users

      Internal Collaborators-1
