SysCloud provides several actions to help admins manage items flagged with compliance alerts.

Actions available for flagged files and attachables

1. Export: Download the flagged file for detailed review or record-keeping.
2. Transfer ownership: Reassign ownership of the file to an admin or authorized user.
3. Take control: Grant admin access to manage the flagged file.
4. Restore ownership: Return ownership of the file to its original owner.
5. Remove all sharing: Revoke all sharing permissions for the file to restrict access.
6. Remove link sharing: Disable any public or private links associated with the file.
7. Remove external sharing: Stop external collaborators from accessing the file.
8. Quarantine: Remove all sharing permissions and transfer ownership to the admin for secure isolation.
