How much data is stored by SysCloud for my HubSpot account?

This article explains how to view the amount of HubSpot data stored in the SysCloud backup application. You can check the total HubSpot data backed up from the dashboard and view account-level storage from Archives. 

Step 1: Log in to SysCloud using your admin credentials.

Step 2: Select the HubSpot icon from the left navigation menu. 

Step 2: In the HubSpot dashboard, go to the Usage stats section.

Step 3: Check the Total data backed up card.  This value shows the total amount of HubSpot data currently backed up and stored by SysCloud. You can also click the arrow icon on the Total data backed up card to navigate to Archives, where you can view the storage used at the account level. 

 

Step 6: The Archives page displays the list of HubSpot accounts backed up in SysCloud.

Step 7: Check the storage value displayed for the required HubSpot account.

  • The displayed storage value may change after new backup runs are completed.
  • To confirm the latest backup status, check the Health reports and errors section on the same dashboard.
