This article explains how to view the amount of HubSpot data stored in the SysCloud backup application. You can check the total HubSpot data backed up from the dashboard and view account-level storage from Archives.  **Step 1:** [Log in](https://app3.syscloud.com/free-trial?page=login) to SysCloud using your admin credentials. **Step 2:** Select the **HubSpot** icon from the left navigation menu.  **Step 3:** In the HubSpot dashboard, go to the **Usage stats** section. ![](https://help.syscloud.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-16-2026-11-50-38-3523-AM.png?width=670&height=336&name=image-png-Jun-16-2026-11-50-38-3523-AM.png) **Step 4:** Check the **Total data backed up** card.  This value shows the total amount of HubSpot data currently backed up and stored by SysCloud.
