What are the different types of reports available in the SysCloud application?

SysCloud provides a range of reports to help administrators monitor and manage data activities, maintain security, and meet compliance requirements across their cloud environments. Each report type offers specific insights into actions performed within your organization’s backup environment. 

📄 List of Available Report Types 

  1. Restore Report 
    Tracks all data restore activities, including what was restored, by whom, and when. 
  2. Export Report 
    Logs all data export operations, helping admins ensure data is securely extracted when needed. 
  3. Deletion Report 
    Captures information on email or file deletions initiated through the SysCloud platform. 
  4. Transfer Ownership Report 
    Records changes in data ownership across users (e.g., Drive files, mailboxes). 
  5. Remove Sharing Report 
    Documents instances where sharing permissions were revoked from files or folders. 
  6. Mark as True Positive Report 
    Lists alerts or flagged items that were confirmed as valid risks or incidents. 
  7. Dismiss Report 
    Logs events or alerts that were manually dismissed by the administrator. 
  8. Hold Report 
    Details data items placed under legal or compliance hold. 
  9. Release Hold Report 
    Tracks items that were released from legal or compliance hold. 
  10. Search Report 
    Shows logs of all search actions performed for eDiscovery or investigation purposes. 
  11. Archive Report 
    Provides insights into data archiving actions, including what was archived and when.

You can access all reports under the “Reports” section from the top navigation menu in the SysCloud dashboard. Use filters to narrow down report types and export them for further review.
