Why are some users in my domain unable to access the SysCloud application to manage their backup?
Some users may be unable to access the SysCloud application due to restricted permission settings. Access to view archives and manage backups is controlled by the Super Administrator through Self Service settings. If the required permissions are not granted, users will be unable to access or manage their backups.
Steps to Enable End-User Access:
- Log in to the SysCloud backup application using your admin credentials.
- Go to Settings and click Access Management.
- From left side menu select Self Service, select your cloud account.
- choose the user, OU, or domain level, and check "View archives & restore" to enable access.
Once enabled, users will be able to access the SysCloud application, view their archives, and perform restore or export actions.
