Some users may be unable to access the SysCloud application due to restricted permission settings. Access to view archives and manage backups is controlled by the Super Administrator through Self Service settings. If the required permissions are not granted, users will be unable to access or manage their backups.  **Steps to Enable End-User Access:**  1. Log in to the SysCloud backup application using your **admin** credentials.  2.
