Why is preview not available for some compliance violations?

Preview of the file or email may not be available for one of the two reasons listed below,

1. File or email deleted from your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account.

2. Temporary API issue.

When a file is not available for preview, we suggest you export the file to preview.
