How to export an entire SharePoint site?
Follow the steps below to export an entire SharePoint site from the SysCloud backup application.
This article applies to the Turbo backup version.
Steps
Step 1: Log in to the SysCloud backup application using your admin credentials.
Step 2: Go to Archives.
Step 3: From the cloud navigation bar on the left, select Microsoft 365.
Step 4: Under Microsoft 365, select SharePoint.
Step 5: Select the checkbox next to the SharePoint site you want to export.
Step 6: Click More > Export.
Step 7: In the Export - SharePoint pop-up, review the selected SharePoint site.
Step 8: Select the required Snapshot Date, if the option is available. The snapshot date determines the backup version of the SharePoint site that will be exported.
Step 9: For point-in-time restore, select the desired snapshot date. Click Apply.
Step 10: Add a comment, if required. The comment will be shown in the export report.
Step 11: Click Export.
The export process will be initiated for the selected SharePoint site.
View export status
To view the export status, go to Reports > Export report.
The exported data will be available for download from the export report when the export is complete. The download link remains active for 7 days. After extraction, the SharePoint sites contents can be obtained in their original file formats.

You can export one SharePoint site at a time from the SharePoint archive list. The exported contents are downloaded as a zipped file.
