Step 3: Export
Option 1: Click on the checkbox net to the SharePoint site for which you need to export and click on More button and from the dropdown click on Export.

Option 2: If you want to export Individual Folder(s) or File(s) within a SharePoint Site, please drill down into the site by clicking the site name and select the file(s) or folder(s) and press Export.

Step 4: In the Export window, verify the selected snapshot date using the calendar icon (click here to learn how to select snapshots). Add an optional comment to be shown in the Export report and click Export.

You can view the export status and access the download link from Reports > Export report. The export download link remains active for 7 days. After the link expires, you must initiate the export again to generate a new download link.
