What export formats are available for Google Workspace in SysCloud?

SysCloud exports

All files, folders, emails, calendar events, and contacts selected for export are packaged into a zipped file. The zipped file contains the exported files in their supported export format while retaining the original file content.
SysCloud provides a downloadable link for the exported zipped file. The download link remains active for 7 days.

Gmail attachment export formats:

When Gmail data is exported, emails are exported in EML format (unless MBOX or PST is specifically selected) with attachments intact. Supported attachments are retained in their original format.
