Why are my archives taking time to load?
Archives page shows this message "Your request is taking longer than expected. We are processing it and will notify you once the results are available."
When user tries to view archives or applies filters on archives, SysCloud processes the request and show the archives page immediately.
Sometimes, there may be a longer wait time than usual (few minutes, instead of few seconds). In such cases, we will process the request in the backend and send a notification to the user when the page is available. This notification can be found under the 'bell' icon in the top navigation bar.
