How to manage MSP's access to customer backups?

Step 1: Log in to your SysCloud account using your admin credentials

Step 2: Click on the gear icon and go to "Access Management."

Step 3: Check your MSP Administrator access. By default, the MSP administrator will be added after the backup job is created.

  • Click on the "MSP Administrator" option.
  • Select the name of the MSP to review or edit their permissions.
