Unable to backup data due to Slack API rate limit
Slack has throttled API calls as maximum API limit has been breached. This issue will be automatically resolved in the next backup schedule.
Here’s why we are unable to backup your Slack data.
Slack sets rate limits on APIs which SysCloud uses to perform backups and restores. When the rate limit is exceeded, SysCloud stops responding to API requests to fetch the data for backup.
Because Slack resets the API usage limits in an hour, SysCloud Application will complete the backup in the next backup cycle. If you want to retry the backup again, you can perform an on-demand backup for the workspace after an hour.
