What's new in Turbo UI?

  1. New dashboards at cloud-level and app-level
  2. App-level archives – Admins can view archives at an app-level by selecting the required app in the cloud selector.
  3. Advanced billing settings – Assign multiple billing contacts to your account. Get access to all your invoices and credit notes in the application.
  4. Advanced error management – Admins can view and resolve all the backup errors for a specific cloud on the Archives page. All backup errors are logged in the archives page under two additional tabs called Errors & Limitations.
    1. Errors are issues that be resolved by the administrator. They are categorized into Unresolved, Verification in progress and Closed. When you click on any error category, a side tray opens which contains the error description, error resolution and error instances.
      1. Unresolved – Open error that needs admins attention. Admin can resolve the error using the resolution article and then mark all the error instances as resolved. Alternatively, if an error is expected and the admin does not want to view the same error instance in the next backup schedule, the admin can dismiss the error.
      2. Verification in progress – When an unresolved error is marked as resolved, the error moves to verification till the failed items get automatically picked up in the next backup schedule if the error is resolved. If the verification fails, then it is marked as Verification failed and admin needs to act upon this error again.
      3. Closed – Once the error is successfully verified and the items are picked up in the backup schedule, the error moves to 'Resolved' state. Also, admin can view the dismissed error instances in this tab.
    2. Limitations are Issues caused by API or native cloud limitations. Most limitations are either automatically resolved or flagged as a limitation that is not supported in the product.
  5. Restore & Export report – Integrated restore and export reports for user-level and shared applications with error management.
