How are the access levels set for third-party apps in the SysCloud application?
The access levels for third-party apps are determined by the extent of permissions required to use the application. The categorization is given below:
- High-level Access: Apps that have access to read, edit, modify, and administer user’s data and devices.
- Medium-level Access: Apps that have permission to open and audit emails of users as well as export emails. Such an app may also view the list of participants in Google Hangouts and people added in Google+.
- Low-level Access: Apps that have access to only the basic information provided in the user’s account – such as name and date of birth.
