Why does SysCloud need administrator credentials to create an account?

  • SysCloud requires admin credentials to run the backup as we access data of the entire org/workspace/account/users.
  • Without admin credentials, SysCloud will be unable to offer automated cloud backup for all users/entities.
  • Many of the applications backed up by SysCloud such as SharePoint or QuickBooks have data that belong to a group of users.

Below are the admin credentials required for the clouds we backup:
