Why is my backup archive not loading when I try to view a file?

When you click on an email/file in the backup archive, the application locates and retrieves the email/file from our secure cloud storage. In some instances, it may take a while for the email/file preview to be displayed.

Note: If you are unable to view the email/file even after waiting for a few hours, contact helpdesk@syscloud.com.
