How can I change the SysCloud backup data center location for my account?

You can choose to set up/migrate your backup archives to Canada or the UK or Australia.

1. To choose a data center location before starting the Free Trial: Write to us at helpdesk@syscloud.com and our support team will help set up your account at a data center in Canada or the UK or Australia.
2. To change the data center location after starting your Free trial:  Write to us at helpdesk@syscloud.com and our support team will help migrate your backup archives to the data center in Canada or the UK or Australia. The process will take at least two weeks and comes at an additional cost, both of which may vary depending on the volume of data in your archives.
