Does SysCloud backup Shared Drive files?
Yes. SysCloud supports backup for Google Shared Drive files as part of Google Workspace backup.
Turbo UI
In the Turbo UI, Shared Drive is available as a separate Google Workspace app in the backup job configuration.
When Shared Drive backup is enabled in a Google Workspace backup job, SysCloud backs up the Shared Drive files included in the selected backup scope. If all Shared Drives are selected, SysCloud backs up Shared Drive files at the domain level.
If auto-backup is enabled for Shared Drive, newly created Shared Drives in the selected domain are automatically included in future backup runs.
Legacy UI
In the Legacy UI, Shared Drive is not backed up as a separate app. Instead, Shared Drive backup is included within the Google Drive backup configuration.
This means Shared Drive data is backed up along with Google Drive data when Shared Drive backup is enabled in the Google Drive backup settings.
