      How does SysCloud backup Shared Drive files?

      Turbo UI:

      SysCloud backup for Google Workspace backs up all Shared Drive files at a domain level. All Shared Drive files accessed by licensed users will be automatically backed up if Shared Drive backup is turned on in your backup job scope. 

      Legacy UI

      SysCloud backup for Google Workspace backs up all Shared Drive files at a user-level. All Shared Drive files accessed by licensed users will be automatically backed up if Shared Drive backup is turned on in your domain-level backup settings.
