What is the procedure to become a paid customer at the end of the trial period?

Follow these steps to upgrade your account:

  • Log in to SysCloud Backup Application with your G Suite/Office 365 credentials.
  • Click on “Hello (Username)” icon on the top right-hand side of the window and select “My Account.”

  • Click on the option “CONTACT SALES TO UPGRADE”.

  • This will take you to the ‘Contact Us’ page. Fill in your details and our sales team will get in touch with you.

If you are a Self-service user, follow these steps to upgrade your account:

  • After logging in, click on the “Hello (Username)” icon on the top right-hand side of the window and select “My Account.”
  • Click “UPGRADE.”

  • Choose your pricing plan and click “SUBSCRIBE.” You will be directed to the payment gateway.

  • Fill in your details and make the payment. We will upgrade and notify you within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
